This year I bought an early photographic album, I love to research the images in the album and recently discovered one of the images in the State Library Of NSW. If it hadn't have been for searching through archives, I would never have known who it was.
He was a celebrated English clown whose stage name was Reuben Cousins but whose real name was John Plevy Bumpuss. Cousins died en route to Batavia.
Rueben Cousins
