Loetz Jeweled Cabinet Vase, DEK 367, PN Unknown, ca. 1902-1903

This sweet little cabinet vase is in an unusual decoration for Loetz, in that it has jeweled cabochons applied within the gilt and enameled decoration. The DEK number, 367, is in gold script within the polished pontil. The ground on this 4" tall vase is uranium glass, and an iridescent ciselé decoration provides a pallet for the enameled decoration.
