    I would like to know what this pin is I found in my dad's WWII box of items. He had a quartermaster pin, Ruptured duck, Good conduct pins, etc. This one baffles me!

      Abrest & Vichy are 2 small towns/villages adjacent to each other. My answer is: ??

      J. Decat were button makers in La Cascade, Abrest in the Vichy.
