plated condiment tray with recesses and pin to hold containers. 8 in. across 6 in. tall. under metal is brass. bottles say cayenne-pepper. appears to have oil and vinegar cups. etched design seems to be 1860's ? the pour part is a mans face. could it be made for maritime use ? so they wont spill. bottom screws appear hand made. maybe older. found in texas. any ideas? small hallmark is diamond shaped square with box in middle letters on top and bottom- cant make out. im thinking new Orleans?
