Here is an antique pocket watch that I have owned for many years.
The case is Sterlington Silver drum style, made by Waltham W Co.
The crystal is flawless, the surprising thing is the flawless porcelain dial (at least 95% of Rockford dials are damaged).
    Beautiful butterfly matching hands.
The movement has bright gilt plates with script writing C F RUDOLPH,WILMINGTON DEL,231 MARKET ST,THE DELAWARE.
The case is a little dinged up but that allowable being made in 1876-1878.
Keep good time, but I keep it under glass.

Something classy about a self wind watch. Grandad had an Albert chain which he attached to his watch. In his suit he was well cool out in the Pub!

He would have been real cool.
