I found this item at a garage sale, was told it resembled Franz Bergman figures, and may be a cold painted enamel finish. I still really don't know much about it, it is heavy, and is about 8 inches high and 9 1/2 inches long. The man who sold it was in the military and went around to other countries where he collected these items. Hoping someone will have some information on this for me.
