    I picked this up at the thrift store. It looks like there might have been something above the grinder... it almost looks like a bottle opener at the top. Maybe someone made this. Sturdy little removable container underneath the grinder. Spice grinder? Nut cracker? At first I thought it was a pencil sharpener...

      I would sooner think it is a wall mounted coffee bean grinder with missing parts.
