Staedtler AURA Multi-functional Pen

Having just recently acquired a Staedtler Aura Multi-functional Pen (which incidentally, is in excellent working and pristine condition,) I'm intrigued by the fact that, although this fine instrument was obviously not an inexpensive item in its day, my research has failed to produce hardly a shred of evidence that it was ever on the market. Does anyone know if there might be any archival information relating to this pen (perhaps in the form of old ads). Also, would anyone know of any aftermarket source of refills for this pen.
