This silver plated brass window display is one of a few signs that graced the windows of The Lazarus Department Store, which was located at 57 S. Main St., Wilkes-Barre, PA. As I recall, the store closed in the 70s.
It is 50.5Cm long, by 12.6Cm tall. From the beading on the inside perimeter, the style appears to be Art Nouveau. Thus, the assumption can be made that it dates from 1910 to approximately 1925.
Attached is a link to a defunct department store site, which gives a little more detail as to Lazarus' history.
