Does anyone know what these blocks and marbles are called?

I have a set of blocks and marbles that are well over 60 yrs old. I do not know what the game was called. The marbles look like maybe clay - there are yellow plastic marbles that I guess were added in later but have always been there since I was little more than 50 years ago. I have not found anything remotely similar.
