My favorite Glass set- Cannot find anything like it anywhere

I just want to know more about this Pitcher and glass set. I think it is gorgeous. I am guessing art deco or 1890's etc.. Although most have guessed it is European I am not 100% convinced. It has been with my family for my life time. I think it was purchased in Houston Texas abt 1900 or after . An appraiser guessed French as did I. Since I have never found anything by intense searching of the internet that was conclusive I thought asking glass enthusiasts might be a good idea.
I have been told in the style of Franz Heikert (sp?) and the closest item I have seen that bare some resemblance was labeled secessionist. There is no mark that I can find nor could an appraiser 15 years ago who also could not find one.
