lightolier lamp

I found this lamp in my grandfathers attic, he was an oil engineer who traveled the world and always picked up classy decor. I could use any help with info regarding the model or design style of this beautiful lamp. I know a fair amount of the engineer who designed the reflector of my lamp, however nothing of the lamp. Reflector has the patent #2.499.580 and was designed by Jacob S. Hamel in 1948 and issued to Lightolier in Mar 7 1950. However I do not know much about the lamp more than it appears to be a classy Colonial Revival by Lightolier.
