He wasn't actually a double agent. Marx just thought that sounded good. He was the classic secret agent armed to the teeth and then some. Along with ever so many weapons he had many disguises. This may take a few more posts to show everything.. Note quite sure of exactly when Mike Hazard was released probably 1966 or 1967.
Has can be seen his trench coat was filled with secret pockets all filled with weapons. His tie has stiletto behind it. In the last photo is his listening device where he is wearing his combination radio and hat.
Further posts will show his combination radio/machine gun, exploding brief case, exploding bag, break down machine gun/grenade launcher, disguises and more.

Isn't this wonderful! At first I thought it was "Johnny West" in a trench coat.

It sounds similar to Captain Action or G.I Joe. Was he made to cash in on them. Oh well, he's very cool. I can't wait to see his gadgets. Maybe they made by Q.

Thank you very much Vincent. Yes he was the same scale as GI Joe and Marx cashing in on the 12" figure market.

Great shape !! That box is fantastic !! I always wondered about toys that seem like they were never used . How does that happen ? Seems like all the toys I had eventually got mutilated/destroyed/worn-out/abused etc............LOL .

Thank you very much paulmartin. In some cases they were well cared for, or rarely played with. Sometimes it is old store stock. This one has some play wear so I am thinking well cared for or rarely played with. My old toys did not survive in anything like this condition.

Hi. My husband has just found his Mike Hazard, in his Mums loft. The box is a little battered but all the equipment and secret weapons are intact. So is the equipment manual. I'd quite like to sell it to make money for a charity we support and wondered what is the best way to go about this. I'm not convinced eBay is the right way to go. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

One of the Marx figures I had always wanted, he had some of the best acessories and the disguise masks were cool. Always loved the stilletto in the tie.

Janet35 I fear eBay is where most of those are sold and where all the buyers look.

Thank you very much catburglar. He is a lot of fun.

He came with 50 pieces?!?! Man - with Barbie- you had to buy all the extras!
    22. Celiene Celiene, 9 years ago
Janet35- a full kit would bring premium price. If you are going to auction it on feebay, do NOT start it a a low price. Too many thing are going unseen on there, and things are being 'stolen' at LOW prices. I now start all my auctions at what I WANT and hope it goes up, or post as a 'buy it now' at a huge price and accept offers. Sometimes - people pay my asking price!

Reminds me of the song Secret Agent Man, Secret Agent Man, he's given you a number and taken away your name,.....!!!

Thank you very much Celiene. Yes he came complete with all his accessories. His enemy was the vacuum cleaner.
