Hey everyone, I've been out of touch with you all for a long time, but that doesn't mean I've stopped buying!

I've got another super cool mystery that I just have no idea where to start with. All I can tell you is what is on the poster. It reads "Claims 252 Miles to the Gallon" and "What are the facts?" along with what looks like a caricature of Eisenhower (at least he does to me, haha).

It's in pretty rough shape, but it's double sided cardboard (very old and thin cardboard). It measures 44" x 27 1/2".

Does anyone know where to start on this? I assume it's something automobile related, but that's about as far as I can go.
