I found this at a garage sale last weekend. I'm trying to figure out what I have. Does anyone know what type of flower this is? I've seen lots of Dogwood and Rose prints on his liberty tea pots, but never this type of flower.... I think it was made in 1946. HELP!!!

I believe your teapot matches my Grandmother's wedding dishes... I have just come across the set and that is the model number. I am looking for more detail myself...sorry, not sure about the flower.

I have the exact teapot style, same handle, same design lid & body but mine has a different flower arrangement around the body which look like roses and buds. Found it at a Goodwill store for $5. Mine reads: H46N8 on the bottom.

I think this is a Homer Laughlin Liberty style, Pink Poppy design. We have the same teapot. My mother-in-law gave it to a friend of the family in 1980. This friend then gave it to us several years ago, long after my mother-in-law passed away.

Yes, that is Homer Laughlin Pink Poppy. I believe it was made and sold exclusively at Woolworths. It was made in the mid 40's. I have a whole set of it I inherited from my Great Aunt.

Hi. It is called pink poppy, but the pattern name is actually Temp Libe 183. The shape is called Liberty. The is letter on the bottom code is where it was made or sold. Woolworth ones started with a W. 46 means 1946 was when it was made.
