I'm having trouble identifying when these were made of if they were some kind of limited edition collaboration. I found one other pair being sold in bad shape so I believe it's Levi's issue and not OAK. I'm thinking early 90's or earlier. Any help would be super!

if these were a limited edition collaboration , they would more expensive and higher in $$$ judging by the pair that sold on ebay. further more there would have been some extra tags of whom the collaborated with a specific famous designer.
so where these made in the USA? because your not showing any other tags that suggest that these were .

Also after a lot of discussion with some people in my resellers group we believe they are the work of a very crafty person. They did a very nice job and the colors aren't bleeding so I'm happy. Either way they are a work of art and have great subject matter and are vintage.
Ahh yes they were made in the USA. The orange tab was cut off and they are stamped irregular inside. I alo just realized that someone tailored the bottoms so they are 26 inches instead of 30 now. If you read the leather tag in the pictures above it says made in the USA in very fine print and also in a tag inside the jeans.
So after a little research 1989-1992. Off to the auction house.
I know this is so old but I own these jeans. We sold them in the boutique I worked at in Palm Springs ca in 1992
