This is extraordinary! No lid to it but: Wonderful well made feeling in your hand. Thick raised finish as is found on a Moorcroft piece. It is very crackled inside with alot of brown on the lines. I can't make anything out except it says" Made in France." a number 579 a maroon long p or a long curved sword. it looks like a backward C within a large capital B with a double headed arrow below. Please for your self and tell me if I need to do anything with the pics.. No chips on the edges I see no crackles on the painted area at all, but the bottom has alot. as you can see.
Please please help me with this. Thank you.
p.s.
It can be a 5 instead of a BC or it could just be a fat b and no c.
It could be a long staff from the top to bottom through the B and on the bottom of that a bent double headed arrow with the arrows pointing upward.. Almost like an anchor. I wish you all could see it.
I checked here with no avail.

Thank you it's very different. It's thick and heavy
It is soooooo0 cute!!
I would love to know who made it and the history. This is a keeper. I found it with a silver lid but I am sure it doesn't go together.
