Found this today in a Thrift Store. Blue with design on the outside. The inside is yellow. Pontil. That's about it. Except that I think I love it. Hand made art glass from Azerbaijan Southwest of Russia. The identification was made by accident. I had noticed another one of their pieces and loved it. When I pursued the artist, it led me to the I.D. of this piece. LOL Any help?

I think you have a murano twisted vase. I am not sure as the piece is not marked but they make that style.

I posted this piece over 5 years ago, always suspecting it of having a pedigree. I have positively confirmed that it is a piece from Russian Glass Artist "Essie Zareh" Baijan Glass from Russia. I made the Identification quite by accident. I noticed another one of her pieces, loved it, pursued the artist, which led me to the ID. Thanks.
