Here I have a French Penny Toy Whistle in the form of a motor car. It is highly detailed with moving wheels and suspension ring also marked to the base made by Simon & Rivollet.

Every time I see an old whistle on ebay etc., I think of you. May I ask how many you have in your collection?

They come up on the wartime auction site via CW fairly often. Might want to ck it out. Then, you may have them all! LOL!! Neat niche in the collectors field!

I do have a few Wartime Whistles but mainly pre 1918 as with most of the whistles I have are late 1800s to 1920s. I have a collection of Hudson whistles from 1899-1918 but am missing the 1902,06,09 and the 1910. So im always looking but im getting a little picky in what i collect now.

Check the site I mentioned. I usually scan down to where it reads "MORE" & start from there. Bon chance.
