Heavy duty auto machinists tools set
BDS was originally B. (Bert) Draper & Sons, Ltd
Now known as just Draper Tool Company Ltd. in the UK

Are you in the UK and what kind of vehicle did your grandfather own? Was he an auto mechanic? - The way I traced back Draper was I found the old BDS emblem was used on an AC Cars, Ltd. (Auto Carriers, Ltd.) auto repair kit, but it may have been from any British made vehicle (Jag, Rolls, Rover, etc.). - The tools may also be stamped individually and it appears some of them are missing. - These weren't cheap tools, obviously very well made.

      Hi ectiger9,
      Welcome to the board.
Sorry to hear about your Grandfather, but I fully understand what it is like trying to deal with stuff afterwards. It's hard :-(
Great looking tool set, I would look at ebay, sold items to get an idea of value by auction, we've been selling a lot of our parents items to dealers, normally at about 1/3-1/2 the value sold on ebay, except on certain items.
It is a good way to get an idea though of the value
