I bought this drawing at a garage sale for a dollar. It looks like the writing is in French. I have no idea as to who the artist is or the age. It is signed and numbered. I say drawing because it appears to be either ink or marker on paper. It is also relatively small maybe 7" square. I would love to know more about it such as, age, artist notoriety, and most importantly the location and what it is depicting. Thanks for looking!
Not very clear - but on the left side corner I can see (Orig. Radierung) which is Original Etching

I could read part of it - I just couldn't enlarge more than once. - I believe it is German.
Oh, nice, stand by for a better picture. Maybe during daylight I can get a better picture with less glare and better focus. Thanks!
