Fryco Aerated Waters Stone Ware Flagon

A rare stone ware flagon circa 1890 made for Fryco Aersted Waters ( Fryco been the trade mark) company name is R Fry & Co Ltd , 2gallon size and mark on the shoulder (2gallons) with a tap to the side on the bottom allowing both sides with the name on to be seen ,a metal grab handle on top fasten round the neck with screw stone ware stopper in nice order no chips,cracks or repairs a few ware and tear marks for its age a great find by me !!!. I came across this when out on my travels in the English Lake District near to the town of Cockermouth it was in an old out building on a farm ,the guy who i brought it off said they were coming to knock the building down and use it as infill on a building site near by so another great save for my collection
