WW II Japanese Imperial Marine Cap

This is a mid war Japanese Marine cap. It is made of olive green cotton, and has a tie string at the rear of the cap to adjust the fit. The anchor patch should match the color of the body of the cap but does not. This patch would be found on the dark navy blue cap. At this point in the war the manufacturers used whatever was available.
