You need a close up of face I did download and enlarge and it is a reproduction of a antique china or parian doll. The Fancy Hair China's and Parians were made in 1860-70's . She was likely made from a old mold from Germany . Her body and legs are also reproductions and could be bought in a ceramic or doll making class . Whoever painted her did a nice job but Not in style of how antique dolls were painted . She makes a beautiful display doll however . Yours is glazed so made like a China but her hair is much in style of a parian doll which was unglazed .
