Small vase

This is a small decorative vase, only about 5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide. It's made out of brass or bronze but is encircled by four levels of designs with the main being of a white background centering on two opposing peacocks. This is bordered with a blue ribbon both above and below it containing gold and red leaves. The bottom row is a repeating white and red design. The time or place of it's origin is unknown.
