needed information on these items if anybody can help

There are three single rose holders , two are matching and one is in its own and also a plate and cake cover , I think , the plate its self is about 9 inches in diameter and the cover is about 7 inches , they was given to me from my nan , I would let like to know the year , the make and also the value thankyou
