I can't find any information on when this phone was made or if it has a name. I hope someone can help. It says Western Electric Company 228 W on a plate in the front just under the part you speak into. On the back of the mouthpiece is engraved: Patented Nov 26, 1901 March 19, 1907, April 14, 1908. On the bottom of the base it says "American Electric Chicago" "Patented and Made in the USA". On the stem in the back is engraved "53 M". Any help would be appreciated.

twointexas, Your candlestick was manufactured by Kellogg Switchboard & Supply Co. of Chicago. IL around 1912. Sounds like you have parts from other manufactures, which was not uncommon in those days.
