I believe this is an old, portable car oiler. It has no markings on it. It has a cap which unscrews at both the top and bottom. The cap top is held on by a chain. It has had oil in it, I can smell/see the residue. I have a set of three. Can anyone help me identifying/valuing these? Thank you, in advance, for your help.
