The first three images are of a set of General Motors Electro-Motive Division Diesels which GM built for The Reading Railway.
The steam engine is Reading 2124, and it along with the Diesels pictured spends time in retirement at The Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton, PA. I'm confident that 2124 was built by The Reading Company at their Reading, PA shops.
Rebuilt by Reading Company; originally built by Baldwin.

The Reading T-1 class 4-8-4s started life as large 2-8-0s. The Reading, needing larger power, bought "kits" from Baldwin to enlarge them to the current 4-8-4 that you see today. 4 of these locomotives still exist, with the 2100 currently undergoing restoration to operation.
