Vintage Hav-A-Tampa Cigar Store Display Case

I recently found this case at the flea market for $1.00 Dollar. It looks like a Cigar store display case but not really sure. The only marking in the case is "HAV-A-TAMPA edged on the front glass. You really cant see it very well on the picture. The glass opens as well as the back compartment. Any info would really be appreciated. Thanks, Edward.
