Can anyone tell me who makes this Tin Toy? It's been in my Boss's family for a long time. It has made in Japan stamped on it. No other markings found. When you wind this toy up, it teeters back and forth rolling the ball to each boy. The boys looks like they are made out of Celluloid with elastic strings holding the arms in place. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
