I just picked up a box of 50 of these at a garage sale. The man was a Marlin rep in the late 60s-70s. This was found in a basement, still sealed in plastic! They are anniversary 1870-1970 edition, the inside is a request for a free 1970 catalog.
I'm a gun guy, not a matchbook guy, but I'd love to learn more about these as they are in perfect condition - it must be the dry desert climate why they're in such amazing condition.
