Don't really know much about these and can't find much info on google and haven't come across any like these which are still full of cigarettes. Can anyone shed some light on these items.

Those are very cool. Would go great with vintage ashtrays etc.

I have a similar style tin in poorer condition than yours, mine was handed out as rations in World war one to the army, yours would be from the navy.
