      She is a storybook doll By Nancy Ann
      Here is example I can not see mouth on yours but sure she is a Storybook Doll :-) They made them of Bisque. composition and hard plastic . I can not see what yours is made of from photo .

      Your very welcome . They are collectible some people only collect them . They also made a Muffie Doll which I love . Clothes are usually tagged Nancy Ann in most cases . In past were much more expensive ,prices have fallen but they are still collected :-)
