Vintage bikes need year and manufacturer information.

I bought these his and hers bikes a few years back and would like to restore them to original condition. They have been painted black at some point and I would like to know the manufacturer and year of them so that I can look up and see what colors would have been available when these were sold new. Any info would be helpful thank you!!!!
