Ski Diorama

I'm trying to determine if this is something that was commercially produced or if it's one-of-a-kind. It's a print of a skiing painting that's been cut up and reassembled as a kind of bas-relief or diorama. The skiers are raised, as are most of the trees. Even the mountains have been layered at different depths. The image is roughly 12" x 18". The little label reads St Anton Arlberg and it's just tucked into the frame. It may or may not have anything to do with the print.
