I currently have a beautiful hanging stained glass lamp. I was told it is an early Tiffany & Co lamp from before 1920's, when they didn't mark or sign their lamps. It had been buried under the back porch in Detroit, MI. It needs a new plug but the wiring is in good condition. Easy fix. Let me know what you think.
The decor of blasons and fleur de lys is unusual! Beautiful shade :-)
Don't know if real or repro, this page is full of tips!

Thank you! It's a beautiful lamp and I'm just really hoping that the person I bought it from was right.
I don't think it is Tiffany Studios, but it does resemble some designs by R. Williamson. A good resource for leaded glass lamps is leadedlamps.com I have a few of my own lamps featured there. If you tap on the shade with your finger, you should hear a slight rattle of the glass moving in the lead, if it is old. They didn't glue the glass in then. If all you hear is a solid thump, it might have been made within the last 50 years. Very pretty!
