This piece of fire fighting hardware was salvaged after it became obsolete due to new electronic remote controlled technology which eliminated the need for climbing the ladder to position the nozzle. Interesting old piece with a lot of fittings and hardware on it, with the distinctive hydraulic form in the shape of a heart. Pivots on a long handle with adjustable clutch handle.
We believe this unit came from north of Richmond VA, up around Hanover, Ashland, Ladysmith, Doswell, Carmel Church, Bowling Green area.
