Some little old towns just give you a feeling that there is cool stuff hiding out in the back yard somewhere. This little Idaho town was one of those places so we just searched and asked questions until we finally ran across these pumps in a back yard behind the house and out buildings. Pretty nice pumps! The Fun was in the Hunt and in the Find!

Our very first Wayne 60 came from this same little town in Idaho & it was still hooked up to the tank when we removed it. It was sooo cold and snowy that day that we had to use a 6' cheater on the pipe wrench to break the Union nut loose. I still get chills thinking about that cold day! It's so much fun to find pumps in the wild!

Ahhhhh yes! The little bike in the pix. Nope. We were so excited about the pumps we never even noticed the kids bike & since we don't collect bikes at the aaaLakeside Storage museum we mostly overlook them. We do have one in the collection but it's the only one. Since the Museum is Free and easily accessed we try to collect heavy stuff that doesn't easily "disappear" so we stick mostly with pumps & big signs but we do have a few smaller things and nothing has disappeared yet as most visitors are very respectful & appreciative.
