Condiment Set in Lazy Susan Holder

I just bought this condiment set in a lazy susan holder from a second hand store. Although the steel holder is really rusty, it still turns smoothly. The bottles are also in good condition. There are no markings. I would love to knowis it is really vintage or it just got rusty. I hope someone can tell me more about it.
