A fine antique oval porcelain plaque nicely painted with a city river scene
including a bridge and rowing boats on the river, and a Cathedral.
Wonderful detail of the landscape! I think it was made circa 1900. Love this very much!

Beautiful enamel! Your very nice brooch is older than 1900, rather 1860:

Ha, PCC, I first thought Paris Pont Neuf, but the Cathedral and other steeple don't match... So, no idea!
      Perhaps Vetraio will know ?

I was just guessing because of the viaduct.(sp?)

It's in England. Worcester Cathedral on the river Severn.
The A44 New Road bridge over the River Severn at Worcester.
On the left is St. Andrew's Spire and on the right is Worcester Cathedral.

      Maybe it's on Worcester Porcelain?
