Victorian Era Cast Iron Ornate Flagpole Base

These molded pieces were used as a base for a flagpole. It was a very ornate set up. The flagpole was located by our dock on Lake Winnapausauke, NH. We have a photo of the house that was taken around the turn of the century and the flagpole was in it.
If anyone knows more about these pieces, I'd appreciate any help to identify what they are exactly.
They are made of cast iron and all the pieces are intact.
