Tiffany Porcelain Dishes

My wife was given these as a child by her uncle. They're around 30-40 years old, or thereabouts. They were made by Tiffany & Co. in Japan, but beyond that we don't know much about them. I'm assuming they're candy dishes? Any information on what they are or their worth would be appreciated!
