Chinese Colourful Flower Vase Enamelled

I'm a bit undecided with this vase, it seems to adopt itself to the million flowers pattern and also has enamelling around flower outlines and detailing. It stands 31 cm (12") I suspect it may be a copy made in 60's - 70's but not sure if base mark is in fact a mark or created just in the making. The vase is very pretty and to me appears to be Chinese. The glaze is unusual in that it has a pearl effect which I haven't seen over so much colour. Any comments would be very appreciated.
