Art Glass Perfume Bottle,Unknow maker

Everyone.
I could't resist when i see this one this morning at Value Village, really cheap, but how beautiful, i believe this is a perfume bottle, way to small for a vase, the top opening on picture 1 show how small it is, this Art glass bottle have 3 layer of glass plus a delicate threated around, the inside layer is quite colorful, around it a second layer green and finaly a clear as final layer, on top a fine blue threated go from the top to bottom, this bottle have also 2 flat section on each side, one is visible on picture 2-4(opposite side the other one), very nice little bottle.If someone have some info or have some ideal on the maker, i will be happy to know.

This perfume bottle stand 5 inch tall, 3.50 inch at the widest portion,1.50 inch at the top, on a 1.75 inch base.
