    I've had this hook tool for some time now, and have no idea what it was for. I initially thought it was for wool bales, but cannot find any references to anything similar. Bought at a farm sale in Devon. The pair of smaller hooks pivot.

      Does it have 2 tines or is that just a shadow?

      Appears to be for drawing something up tight, like maybe thatch.
