    I just got this at a car boot. Can anyone tell me any information about it? It seems to say veh mech (vehicle mechanic) but I can't make out any of the other numbering or lettering?

    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

      Do you have access to a UV light? There may be residue that could show the missing text. Worth a try.
