    I bought this dresser used about 35 years ago but don't know anything about it. Can anyone identify the age or style? I believe the finish is shellac.

    The back is stamped no. 9810 CHEST.

      I have been told this is Art Deco style from the 1920's era.

      doesn't strike me as art deco. maybe 1950s
