Measurement: 4 1/2" diameter at bottom.
It has a stone look and an air brushed background possibly and with hand painted decorations in front. The color of Reds, Greens, Yellow, Blues and Oranges. Very interesting and different.
Name on back is hard to read it looks like Caudall but I am not sure. Please help me ID this piece.
