Started collecting wood block prints after an Aunt gave me a couple she had brought back from Japan. Her husband was stationed there in the 4o's. The first one is "Lovers in snow" by Suzuki Harunobu. Second is from the series 100 views of Edo ( Hiroshige) if I remember correctly. 3rd & 4th I have written down in a journal that I cannot currently find.
I also have a large "Duck in snow" (http://picturehisword.net/wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/duck-in-snow.jpg) by Hiroshige I have not yet unpacked from my Georgia move in 2007. The pictures shown are the Yatsugiri-ban and Chuban sizes. These are definitely keepers. One day I will have a new "Asian" room to put my items in.
